chromeOS Crazy Error Delayed for Windows 11 Crazy Error

The recently-announced chromeOS 117 Crazy Error is not going to be themirrazz's first crazy error. Instead, a Windows 11 Crazy Error is being chosen, with the assets already being taken.

A new chromeOS crazy error is announced, and will be using the Hikakin Mania bgm. The crazy error will use chromeOS version 117, and the bgm will be extended into a full version.
